001 Copenhagen

Photos of our five days in Copenhagen.

002 Copenhagen Zoo

Founded in 1859, Copenhagen Zoo is one of the oldest zoos in Europe.

003 Copenhagen Tivoli Gardens

Founded in 1943, Tivoli Gardens is Copenhagen's central theme park and one of the oldest in the world. Fairytale writer Hans Christian Andersen visited many times, as did Walt Disney who even found the inspiration to his own Disney World here.

004 Copehagen to Gelio to Eidfjord

Upon arrival to Oslo, we headed directly to Hoenefoss, Nesbyen surrounded by a landscape, which alternates between pine forests and lakes to arrive in the beautiful Hallingdal Valley. En-route we visited Gol, before arriving in Geilo, a small town surrounded by mountains. We continued to Hardangervidda where we visited Voringfossen Waterfall before arriving in Eidfjord.

005 Eidfjord to Bergen

We crossed the Hardanger Fjord to Nordheimsund before arriving in Bergen, known as the capital of the fjords.

006 Bergen to Stalheim

We drove to historic Voss with its scenic background and then continued towards the Naeroy Valley and Stalheim.

007 Stalheim to Fagernes

At Gudvangen, we crossed the Naroyfjord by ferry to reach Flam where we travelled on the Flam train. In the afternoon, we drove along the Aurlandfjord to Fagernes.

008 Fagernes to Oslo

We travelled back to Oslo and spent the afternoon exploring Oslo.

009 Oslo to Stockholm

Stockholm is built on 14 islands, connected by 57 bridges and embraces the unique character of 13th century Old Town with modern architecture.
